Our Returns & Refunds Policy

At TweezeHer  we hope you will to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and of course by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights if the products are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.

So if for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in an unopened and unused condition.

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned if they have been opened or in non-saleable condition.

Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or were not described properly) within 7 working days.

If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Your refund request will be normally be processed as soon as our returns department receive & check your returned, unopened, unused, resaleable item by post. However, it may take 5-7 business days for it to display on your payment card statement. In some instances we may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return.
